We cover all types of private events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, reunions, gender reveals, baby showers, wedding showers and even photoshoots.
Yes, and yes! Saddle Up Event Trailer will provide bartenders if requested and can serve beer, wine and up to two signature mocktails. Due to Ohio liquor laws, Saddle Up bartenders cannot serve liquor or provide the alcohol for an event.
If you choose to provide your own compliant bartenders, you are allowed to serve beer, wine and liquor.
In the event of rain, we have a 10’x10’ canopy or we will be happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our mobile bar.
All cancellations prior to 30 days from the event will be granted a full refund. All cancellations 30 days or less from the event will result in a forfeit of the original $250 deposit unless the event is rescheduled within the following 12 months of the original event date.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside of a 30-mile radius around Van Wert, OH.
Yes! We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. The state of Ohio does not require certification to serve alcohol, but we are ASK (Alcohol Server Knowledge) certified.
A refundable deposit of $250 is due at time of booking to secure date and to be held for damages. The remainder of the payment is due 60 days prior to the event date. The deposit will be returned in full within 72 hours after the event if all items are returned in the same condition as they were provided.

Our mobile bar requires flat ground and clear access for setup, service, and breakdown. We recommend a minimum space of about 10’ wide x 14’ long x 10’ high, plus additional space for your guests to gather. We also require one standard outlet within 50’ of the trailer.
If no power is available, for an additional deposit and fee, a generator can be provided.
